Our 3-year old son Brock LOVES trains.
Like most boys his age, he’s totally into Thomas the Train, and Chuggington as well.
He’s also got a huge collection of miniature trains that he plays with almost every day.
We recently spent a Saturday in Seattle, but instead of driving, we took the train.
As you can see in the photo above, the conductor even let Brock wear his hat.
Needless to say, it was an experience that he will never forget.
It’s what I call a “WOW Experience”.
So… the question is, “Are you delivering an unforgettable “WOW Experience” for the people who come to you”?
You probably saw the recent blog post, and the email I sent you, talking about the new service I’m getting ready to offer… and how I’m going to do so at NO CHARGE.
As you can imagine, the response to this was HUGE.
At the time I’m writing this, 89 people took the time to give me their feedback, and as a result, we’re going to move forward with this project.
My wife Lisa will be hosting these calls in the very near future, and we’re not going to charge a penny for them.
It’s simply going to be a HUGE value-added service that we can offer you.
While many of you will choose to participate in these calls with Lisa, the real purpose of them will be to help your family as a whole, by offering support for your spouse and other family members.
I can only imagine how many lives will be impacted by this service, and like I said, we’re not even going to charge for it.
Our goal in doing this is to bring families closer together, and I know we’ll accomplish that.
And make no doubt about it… my wife Lisa is also going to get great satisfaction from this project.
She’s been looking for a way to get more involved in the business.
A way that she could make an impact on other people’s lives.
A way that she could deliver value, and get great satisfaction from doing it.
And now, thanks to the conversation that took place last April, we discovered the perfect fit, for my wife Lisa, and for everyone she interacts with in this way.
It’s going to be a win-win situation for everyone.
Most people (especially my competitors) will look at this and see it as a strategy.
And as a result, they’ll try and copy what I’m doing.
Problem is, they won’t get the same kind of results, because their intent will be far different than my intent.
I don’t view this as a marketing or business strategy at all.
I’m simply giving people what they want, and I’m doing it because I truly want to help you.
When you do something like this, and your intent is true, people will be able to sense that.
They can also sense when you’re just using another strategy to try and make a buck.
As I eluded to earlier, my real purpose behind this is treating people well, and making a positive impact on their lives.
Will I make additional income as a result of this?
You bet I will.
But the income will come as a direct result of the value I (or in this case… my wife Lisa) delivers.
And it won’t come from offering this particular service, because like I said, we’re not charging for it.
The added income will come as a result of the goodwill that we’ll instill in people.
They’ll naturally want to tell other people about what we’ve got going on, because they’re receiving so much value from it themselves.
Because we’re delivering a “WOW Experience”.
There’s a HUGE lesson here, and it’s one we can ALL learn from.
