Thank you for caring Kevin. Biggest obstacle is knowing what to do to guarantee financial success as I’m just starting out online. I’ve made several attempts in the past, with some success but cannot afford to tinker or make wrong moves at this point. Any guidance is tremendously appreciated.

Hi Kevin. You could actually offer me some real help instead of non stop efforts to monitize me!

  3. Rayma B Biglane says:

Hi Kevin. My husband and I think about starting a business together, but he’s not had great success with past ventures. Need clearer focus and direction (a plan) . We have a tidy sum to invest, but don’t want to squander…

  5. Hi Kevin,
I am building my site at present so it’s not live for you to see yet. My goal is to provide ass on assistance to new drivers, experienced and wake the world up to the RISK of driving and how manage to to stay collision and stress for life. The site is geared towards driving schools and with a desire to level up these schools to think past just getting a license which as you may know is no guarantee of being a RISK/Safe driver. Basically I need help in getting customers to purchase a subscription to what I call Ask the Pro. The home page has a number of surveys that I working with Caspio to set up. I also have one affiliate whose product I like to promote. That’s it so far. I can say with confidence that I am the Pro I speak of with over 12 years in driver training field. Let’s connect. I am even willing to share to get this off the ground. What is my best approach to my initial target market? The driving schools.

  6. Jane Baddoo says:

My biggest obstacle is getting a website. The one you sent me to was too complex for me. I work 36 hours a week as a RN in a hospital plus home things and I don’t have the energy time or brilliance to do what this lady asks.

I know exactly what I want to do. I want to be an obesity coach for the morbidly obese. I also have a desire to be an relationship coach. I have life coach certification and know what I need to do, but I am stuck because I don’t have a website.

I would love to retire from nursing but cannot because I need the income to pay the mortgage.

By the way, I am Avery young-looking 70 year old.

  7. I am a 72 year old ex-retiree who has found it impossible to survive with a disabled husband and disabled son (bi-polar) recently returned to live with us. Husband and I both draw under $1600/month in regular SS. I work 5-6 days a week, for 5-6 hours a day weaving at a production center on a hand loom. I was not looking for a business, but some relief to whatever blocks me from a more abundant life. We own our own 18 acres of mountain land (thank goodness, or we would be out on the street by now since my husband’s head injury kept him from continuing his physical labor jobs) but live in a very inhospitible teenie 21 foot trailer with one attached room. I am a decent folk musician who has been recorded on a at least ten fine CD’s in several groups and still perform and record. I volunteer and coordinate our little mountain town’s Meals on Wheels program. I look for my lessons in life and try to live with a heart of gratitude which I manage to do most of the time. But I am getting tired of the never ending struggle. I am now taking CBD oil plus other alternative remedies hoping to reverse the macular degeneration which could ultimately take my sight and bring me more obstacles.
I have a huge network of friends that, plus the music and the weaving, bring me much balance emotionally. I raise wild medicinal and dye plants but don’t have time, money or energy for more intensive gardening efforts. Winters are particularly hard on our mountain land. We heat with wood, have a 400 ft. driveway that is really hard on our car, especially in the winter, and I am driving 20 miles a day each way to get to work to barely earn minimum wage.

So maybe I’m no candidate for “business” help. I probably should just cancel my subscription to your newsletter.

  20. Kelly Schwartz says:

I dont know if this is a mass mail-out to your clients, but since you asked…Here it goes.
I came across your product almost a year ago and thought this was potentially, a great vehicle to create that income stream so that I may leave corporate life and its associated baggage. I received your book and cds and as I poured through it, the more I became bewildered at exactly it was that you were providing me to build an automatic income stream. The program was relatively expensive so there was the anticipation that there was a great deal of specifics but the content was general in nature. Suffice it to say, I’m open to the idea of you truly helping me if you are willing. At this moment in time, there is nothing more I want than to create an automatic income stream so that I may exit corporate life and gain back some of my freedom with my life. I appreciate this email. I do hope you read it and consider helping me to whatever degree you merit.
    Best regards,
    Kelly

    Hi Kevin,
I live in Bothell…not far from you. I have 25 years in law enforcement and am considering retiring soon. I am a single mom, so time freedom is important to me. I have spent considerable time in my career training and instructing and have been teaching emotional wellness/ resilience to first responders. I would love to incorporate this in some way when I retire. In the bigger picture, my passion would be to help others have access to the worlds leading teachers and human potential experts to help support them on their journeys to reach their highest potentials in all areas of their lives. Seems like what you are doing. Do you offer a mentoring program? Looking forward to hearing from you. My cell is 206-999-4289 if speaking by phone is better. All the best and blessings to you.

  23. Jane Baddoo says:

Not sure my last message went through. My obstacle is getting a webpage. The lady webpage creator you sent me to was to was too hard for me to figure out with my time constraints.

  24. Claudia says:

    Hi Kevin,

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, i have been receiving your information for about a year or so now.
However, everytime i have clicked on to see how much. Its always about 10K and up.
And i do not want to spend that kind of money.

I do enjoy some of your content for inspiration and ideas.
I am currently taking a Consulting training course to teach me how to be a consultant for cosmetic surgeons to find more clientele for them. And its been tough to get online and follow thru. Since i am working with 3 different companies.
Anyhoo…i believe im a bit lazy and maybe I don’t want it that bad. Im comfortable. I work from home and for myself. I don’t have to clock in anywhere. And i have built one of my business’s to the point that the work is just flowing in my direction.

But i know i need to push myself to really get things going for myself. And all i want to do is party and have fun! 🙂

I would love to hear your 2 Cents if you have other clients that feel this way?

    Claudia

Very briefly have been having problems like the other 95% who
are not able to generate any income online. Problem: Traffic
and conversions. You can have all the targeted traffic in the
world, but if it’s not converting, it gets frustrating. It seems
that whatever you try to fix it doesn’t work. Look forward to
your response Kevin. P.S: Did your automatic income coaching.
MAYBE I’M NOT MEANT TO BE IN THIS BUSINESS

  26. Carla says:

Kevin, I want to produce income from the internet so that I might stay at home and make a living. I am nearing retirement and will not be able to continue the job that I do now much longer, it is very physical. Plan to work at least 10 to 15 more years and would love to start my own internet business rather than go find another JOB. I don’t have a business nor an idea, and time is always a factor. HELP! Carla

  27. Hi Jane,

We also have Sharon and Kendall helping you get your webpage set up.

  28. Hi Claudia,

I think you might have me confused with someone else as I don’t have anything offered at 10K or up.

The AIS is only 2 or 3 installments of $397.

    Hope this helps.

  29. Hi Jimmy,

Are you converting visitors into subscribers?

  30. Hi Jim,

There are many ways to get traffic.

My specialty it partnering and collaborating with other entrepreneurs.

Perry Marshall is the man when it comes to Google.

Nicholas Kusmich is the man when it comes to Facebook.

Luke Havard is the man when it comes to large scale PPC.

Brandee Sweesy is the woman when it comes to You Tube.

If you’re looking for a specific type of traffic, I may know someone. And if not, I reach out to a few people on your behalf.

  31. Hi Tiffany,

Love that you want to help others by sharing your knowledge with them.

I do offer a mentoring program with the AIS.

  32. Hi Kelly,

Yes, the AIS is more general in nature because people are applying it in so many different ways.

That’s why we offer the ongoing mentoring with it, so I can give you help in applying it for your specific situation.

    Hope this helps.

  33. Hi Jonas,

    Would love to help you!

If you’d like to be in the mentoring program, I’m ready to help.

  34. Hi Carmel,

I’d love to give you an exact figure, but there are simply too many variables.

But you can expect to invest $150-200 per month in order to get things going.

Would be happy to talk with you on an upcoming coaching call so I can get specifics from you, and then advise you accordingly.

  35. Hi Chandra,

Before you make sales, you’ll want to focus on converting website visitors into subscribers.

This gives you the opportunity to communicate with them and find out how you can best serve them.

Once you’ve done this, and are able to give people what they want from you, you’ll be able to make sales.

  36. Hi Eleanor,

Let me ask you a question…

If you could be doing anything you wanted to be doing, and providing value to others in a way that only you can… what would that look like?

  37. Hi Jane,

Let me ask you the same question I just asked Eleanor…

If you could be doing anything you wanted to be doing, and providing value to others in a way that only you can… what would that look like?

  38. Hi Lee,

Am happy to help you, just as I help every AIS client.

Not sure we’d be a right fit for each other though.

It’s difficult to ask others to invest with us, when we aren’t investing in ourselves.

I know that’s probably not what you wanted to hear.

I’ve been posting to this blog for years, and there’s a ton of content here, and it’s offered at no charge.

  39. Hi Rayma,

    I totally understand.

Find a mentor that you resonate with and do what they show you to do.

It’s the best investment you’ll ever make in yourself.

  40. Hi Anne Marie,

You will make mistakes along the way… no doubt about that.

But this is how we learn.

In the business world it’s called testing and it’s what allows us to continually refine and improve what we do.

The most important thing is that you make the commitment to doing what you set out to do.

Once you’re committed, the “how to” will always show itself to you.

  41. Hi Will,

Have you gone into the message boards and forums like I show you in the AIS?

The most important thing is to confirm that there are already people in search of the thing you want to offer.

Once you’ve confirmed that there are, you simply get your message in front of them.

  42. Eric says:

Hi Kevin, we have talked in the past, and it’s more about my getting off my butt and doing something. I have my doubts about the results I would get, which is probably why I haven’t done anything. My skill is tai chi (including staff), qigong, and a little bagua. The value is remaining young even as we age. There are so much of this type information on the internet, so what is one more voice. Because of my experience, I truly believe these Chinese arts provide something our Western world of medicine does not. After 15+ years of study, I have much beneficial information to share, but who would be interested?
Should I just start putting self-made videos on youtube talking about small things one could do in their life to get more energy or better movement or less stress; maybe also a demonstration of my forms? Tie the videos to a website that offers some type of product with more in-depth information? I know it is not that easy, or everyone would do it. One has to at least have a developed email list of customers.
    Please provide some feedback.
    Thanks, Eric

  44. Hi Eric,

There’s an huge amount of other folks doing what I do as well.

It’s not about the thing we do.

Sure, we need to know our topic, but what people really want is to connect with us.

    It’s YOU that they want.

So yes, start putting some content out there.

Be your authentic, powerful and clear self.

And build a list of people who want to hear from you and connect with you.

  45. Kathy says:

    Hi, Kevin!
My biggest problem is getting new clients. I am a proofreader and editor, and I have several authors that are repeat clients, but it takes a while to write a book, so the income is sparse and far between. I’d like to get my name out there more, so that more authors, or post-graduate college students know about me, and I can get more business, closer together, thereby improving my bottom line. I have a facebook “like” page, and it gets hits, and I do advertise on facebook once in a while. I also have pages on twitter and LinkedIn as well, but they don’t seem to do much. Any ideas?

  46. Affandi says:

Kevin, my issue is not knowing what specific business would be best for me. I know I enjoy crafting words such as in reports etc. But I am not sure if I would cut it as a copywriter. Any suggestions would be helpful.

  47. Hi Affandi,

There’s a tool included with the AIS called The Lifestyle Business Blueprint. This is the tool we use to help our clients uncover their already existing unique strengths, abilities and passions so we can use them as the basis of your business. By doing so, it allows you to have a business that is built around something you love, and let’s you provide value to the people you serve in a way that only you can.

  48. Hi Kathy,

It sounds like you need to get your message in front of more people that you can help.

Have you every thought of partnering with one of these companies that helps authors write their books?

All of these authors need editors and you could be a real asset to the is that’s something you’re interested in.

  49. Don says:

    Hi Kevin,

Well I took a huge step and launched a website that went live today July 20, 2016. I wrote a book on dealing with back pain. I included two audio files. One audio is on relaxation. The second audio is on spiritual awakening. I also include two videos on static and dynamic stretching, I believe pain can be relieved if we deal with it holistically by making the mind, body and sprit connection. I could use guidance as to how to market my book and driving customers to my website.

Thank you for all you do,
    Don

  50. Sonja says:

I need to start from scratch. I’m short on both time and money, but know I need to do something.
You seem to have programs for coaching and partnering, but that is too advanced for me.
I just want the basics without spending too much.

  51. Sonja says:

    Hi Kevin,
One more thing, even though I really don’t know where to start, I’m an excellent student. I work incredibly hard and have raised a fantastic family by myself. It’s my turn to find something that makes sense. I’m not a technical guru, but can function in today’s world. I’m smart and capable, but truly have limited financial resources. My daughters all earn more that I do. Fiercely proud, but what’s up with that? If you have a program that might fit for someone like me, let me know. Thanks for taking the time to follow up.
