They don’t care about any of that.

Until, they know we empathize with them.

Until they know we care about them.

Until they feel a ‘connection” with us.

And let me tell you.

You don’t accomplish this by acting like some tired, worn out, stoggy business owner.

You accomplish this by being yourself.

By having fun with your business.

By being real, down to earth and approachable.
